About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations leader responsible for working with account leads in operationalizing the rollout and management of several projects for our client. This role involves corresponding with internal, client, and agency partner teams to build and implement systems, processes, and tools that drive efficiencies and standardization.

Responsibilities

  • Implement workflow management tools and lead project management processes to ensure cross-functional teams remain on track, accountable, and focused.
  • Facilitate key enterprise-wide projects, including assembling stakeholders, delegating responsibilities, managing timelines, and distributing notes.
  • Provide ongoing support for tools and solutions, including team training, technical issue resolution, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate on establishing taxonomy and ensuring team adherence.
  • Collect, cleanse, QA, and map/integrate data from all systems and sources to power automation.
  • Drive financial processes related to cross-team budget connectivity.
  • QA budgets to ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with clients, agency partners, and vendors to support process implementation, adherence, and optimization.
  • Partner with Account Management and clients to establish and audit against SLAs.

Requirements

  • Critical thinker interested in developing efficient ways to streamline, standardize, and improve systems and processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
