About the Role

The role offers an opportunity to develop and apply skills in data science, machine learning, and AI to solve real-world business problems. You will work with experienced data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions across areas such as machine learning, optimization, computer vision, and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of machine learning, optimization, neural network, and AI solutions for business and manufacturing applications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Assist in developing proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and AI applications to demonstrate business value.
• Participate in model development, testing, validation, and performance evaluation activities.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, including solution designs, model development reports, and implementation guides.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with local and global teams on cross-functional AI and data science projects.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, data science, and advanced analytics.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, research activities, and continuous improvement opportunities within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning, statistics, data analytics, or artificial intelligence gained through coursework, internships, research projects, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R and exposure to common data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
• Understanding of fundamental statistical concepts, data analysis techniques, and machine learning methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and apply new technologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
• Internship, academic project, or research experience involving machine learning, computer vision, generative AI, data analytics, or predictive modeling in the domain of Product Test Engineering.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, data engineering concepts, databases, or model deployment practices.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tibco Spotfire, or Python visualization libraries.
• Familiarity with AI domains such as deep learning, computer vision, optimization, or large language models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated interest in innovation, research, hackathons, or AI-related projects.
