About the Role
The Omni Associate is responsible for driving profitable sales growth by executing various retail and online fulfillment strategies, including customer service, order processing, and general store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greets and assists customers, delivering outstanding customer service and actively promoting company products and services.
- Monitors Enterprise Fulfillment systems, picks and packs merchandise orders accurately and timely.
- Completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.
- Researches jcp.com order shortages/overages and completes shipment check-in.
- Performs order binning and system reporting for jcp.com processes.
- Assists with the organization and maintenance of the jcp.com stock area.
- Processes jcp.com order deliver and return transactions.
- Replenishes store products and takes action to replenish products from inventory.
- Participates in the annual inventory process.
- Consistently meets established performance standards for shrink, safety, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
- HS degree or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
