About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assisting with client account portfolio management
- Working directly alongside Client Managers
- Directly managing client queries and acting as a subject matter expert for all portfolio needs
- Attending client meetings and managing relationships with Insurers
- Assisting with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting
- Managing quote slips and placing slips
- Managing invoicing and complex premium calculations
- Providing leadership to Service Specialists
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the commercial Insurance Sector as a broker or similar
- Comparable client account management or broking experience
- Commitment to exceptional client service
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills
- Desire to develop skills and knowledge set through ongoing training
