We aim for further growth, and the E-commerce team plays a crucial role in our business development.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital content strategy and concepts based on business priorities, product benefits, customer needs, and brand guidelines.
  • Translate commercial objectives into content ideas, design briefs, page structures, messaging hierarchy, and creative direction.
  • Ensure Dyson's technology, product benefits, and campaign appeals are communicated in a premium, customer-friendly, and locally relevant manner.
  • Build consistent content expression across Dyson.co.jp, Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo, LINE, Email, and Digital advertising.
  • Plan, brief, and manage the production of e-commerce content for official stores, including product detail pages, landing pages, campaign pages, store modules, banners, and merchandising assets.
  • Lead content planning for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and ongoing content updates.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to obtain and optimize product assets, claims, copy, and creative guidelines for the Japanese market.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, Analytics, and e-commerce channel owners to improve content structure, navigation, conversion rates, and the shopping experience.
  • Manage the design and implementation of marketplace content for Amazon, Rakuten, and Yahoo, from concept to platform execution.
  • Create or direct the creation of assets and content modules that comply with each marketplace's specifications and operational requirements.
  • Implement, update, and maintain marketplace content, including product pages, campaign pages, banners, and store-front assets.
  • Conduct pre- and post-launch checks for display, links, campaign settings, product information, and visual consistency on marketplaces.
  • Design and manage digital content for CRM and acquisition channels, including LINE messages, email modules, banners, digital advertising assets, and related campaign materials.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging hierarchy, visual design, and CTA flow across e-commerce, CRM, and paid media touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, CRM, and paid media teams to align promotional appeals, target needs, and customer journeys.
  • Optimize content for each channel while maintaining Dyson's premium tone of voice and brand consistency.
  • Perform content QA, including copy, images, layout, links, CTAs, tracking, pricing, product information, campaign conditions, and platform display.
  • Identify content improvement opportunities based on performance data from e-commerce, CRM, advertising, and marketplaces.
  • Manage schedules, dependencies, approvals, and risks across multiple channels and stakeholders.
  • Act as an individual contributor, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality content on time.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in e-commerce content management, digital content production, marketplace operations, CRM content, digital advertising creative coordination, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience creating or managing digital content for e-commerce, marketplace, CRM, email, LINE, paid media, or similar channels.
  • Strong ability to develop content concepts, design direction, briefs, and customer-facing messaging from business objectives.
  • Experience managing content workflows across multiple stakeholders, agencies, or vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple channels, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Japanese: Native or fluent business level.
  • English: Business communication level preferred for global/regional collaboration.

  • Experience using analytics insights to improve content performance, customer journey and conversion (Preferred)
  • Experience with creative briefing, wireframes, landing page structure, banners, email modules or LINE rich content (Preferred)

  • The E-commerce team consists of the D2C (Dyson.com, Rakuten, Yahoo Shopping) sales planning team, Amazon retail team, UX/UI team, analytics team, and owner experience team.
  • As a member of the rapidly growing E-commerce team, you will collaborate with various internal and external departments, including Group IT (primarily UK-based), Japan IT, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, Demo Stores, and Supply Chain Management.
