As an Agility Lead, you will guide solution delivery teams in adopting and adapting agile practices throughout the product development lifecycle. Leveraging your advanced knowledge of agile principles, you will facilitate group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities to build continuous improvement and high performance. Your expertise in coaching, communication, and leadership will enable you to manage complex projects, foster a culture of innovation, and enable the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate delivery planning and agile artifact creation
- Create an environment of collaboration for open dialogue and productive solutions
- Enable agile project delivery by prioritizing tasks and managing resources
- Analyze and interpret policies to address challenges in product development
- Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement routines
Requirements
- Demonstrate 3+ years of experience guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies
- Complete formal training or certification on Agile concepts
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support agile delivery workflows
- Review and validate AI-assisted summaries and recommendations
- Facilitate group discussions and collaborative activities to achieve product goals
- Show proficiency in agile delivery and approaches with ability to coach teams
- Manage multiple teams effectively
