About the Role
A Child’s Place at Unity House is seeking full-time CFY Speech-Language Pathologists to join our early childhood program. This is a great opportunity for new graduates to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year in a supportive, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Use creative, play-based and theme-based activities to engage children
- Provide services in Daycare centers and preschools, Client homes, and Special education settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reports
- Collaborate with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and multidisciplinary team
- Support a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pediatric experience or internship (preferred)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
Work Type
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
- No evenings or weekends

Salary/Compensations
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
- Additional $5,000 sign on bonus for CFY candidates who complete their supervised rotation and continue employment
