Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets.
- Analyze and transform data using Python and Pandas.
- Assist in building and automating data quality checks.
- Document data flows and processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Sociology, Data Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Possess initial experience with Python and SQL from studies, internships, or personal projects.
- Basic understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, or databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with terms like full-time equivalent, shift work allowance, or gender pay gap.
- Demonstrate curiosity, meticulousness in handling sensitive data, and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing startup.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (team's working language).
- Exhibit teamwork and communication skills for collaboration with colleagues in research, IT, and account management.
