About the Role
As a cybersecurity generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing comprehensive security solutions and experience across various domains, maintaining the protection of client systems and data. You will apply a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to address diverse security challenges effectively.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate, identify, and frame client needs and position PwC’s services to meet these needs.
- Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Establish and communicate PwC's strategic point of view on key cybersecurity issues, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop a client strategy to stay ahead of competitors and engage technical competency teams.
- Build relationships in the market and identify/win business opportunities.
- Develop differentiated PwC cybersecurity service solutions.
- Work with PwC and client teams to successfully achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintain a meticulous understanding of project financials, team consumption of hours, expenses, and run rates.
- Bring projects to completion before the deadline by anticipating delays and risks.
Requirements
- Strong client service experience with the ability to manage a range of stakeholders successfully.
- Interpersonal skills and proven commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting in a business context.
- Developing consulting methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships.
- Understanding industry frameworks and regulatory guidelines such as NIST CSF and OSFI B-13.
- Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) activities.
- Demonstrated understanding of and thought leadership across cybersecurity strategy and risk topics.
- Knowledge should extend into transformative technologies such as AI.
- Cybersecurity depth working with clients in multiple industries including financial services, telecom, power sector, technology, and retail.
- Enhanced Security Clearance is required.
- Prior to applying, review the Government of Canada website to ensure eligibility requirements for Security Clearance are met.
- Obtaining Security Clearance will be an employment condition.
