About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Game Operation Intern to support the publishing and promotional operations of Delta Force across PC, mobile, and console platforms in the Japanese market. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gaming—especially FPS titles—and thrive in dynamic, cross-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

  • Executing and coordinating a wide range of activities including PR, esports, influencer collaborations, events, and community engagement.
  • Analyzing market trends and player feedback to help refine and optimize publishing strategies.
  • Advertising planning and execution.
  • Planning community campaigns utilizing social media.
  • Planning, creating, and managing advertising creatives.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of promotional measures.
  • Preparing and managing events and esports tournaments, including webcasting and creating/managing derivative content to enhance events.
  • Research and analysis of the market, users, and competitors.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal and external resources with a high sense of responsibility and execution.
  • Translating publishing-related documents.
  • Supporting and executing publishing-related tasks for Delta Force across three platforms (PC, mobile, console) in the Japanese market.
  • Carrying out, tracking, and summarizing promotional activities related to publishing, including PR, esports, KOLs, events, community engagement, and public opinion monitoring.
  • Conducting research and analysis on the Japanese market, users, and competitors for FPS (First-Person Shooter) games, monitoring market sentiment, and providing valuable feedback and suggestions.
  • Coordinating project resources across different teams with strong execution and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Communicating with HQ and Japanese vendors regarding publishing-related matters (both spoken and written in business-level language).
  • Translating game and publishing-related documents and materials.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage detailed tasks and adapt to multicultural environments and collaboration with overseas teams.
  • Passion for games, understanding of the game industry and FPS game user trends, and familiarity with gaming industry terminology.
  • Strong documentation and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Solid logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive execution and initiative.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • Experience living in Japan or working in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Game marketing experience is a plus.
