About the Role

Join our Customer Assurance team and gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise collaboration technologies used in complex, high-profile environments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their technology career who enjoys helping people, solving problems and learning how large-scale technology services operate.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers using video conferencing and collaboration technologies, providing clear, helpful support.
  • Manage service requests and incidents end to end, keeping customers updated and working towards timely resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues across video conferencing platforms, hardware, audio, video and connectivity services.
  • Work with technical teams to diagnose, escalate and restore services when more complex issues arise.
  • Keep accurate records of incidents, troubleshooting steps and customer interactions, while sharing knowledge and improvement ideas with the team.

Requirements

  • A current NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
  • Ability to work from Canberra and attend the office as required.
  • Some experience in customer-facing/ customer service, service desk, technical support or an operational environment.
  • Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow structured troubleshooting processes.
  • A genuine interest in tech, a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities while continuing to learn.
