About the Role

Serve as a high-impact advisor, bridging the gap between cutting-edge software and real-world construction success. Drive the digital evolution of the AECO industry by helping contractors move from traditional methods to high-efficiency digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-energy, interactive training sessions for groups of estimators, helping them master Trimble AutoBid through virtual and in-person instruction.
• Analyze client business goals to design and implement bespoke software setups that solve complex operational challenges.
• Guide mechanical and sheet metal contractors in integrating advanced estimating technology into their daily lives to maximize productivity.
• Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with development teams to provide feedback that shapes the future of AutoBid.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an estimator within the construction industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Trimble AutoBid Mechanical or Sheet Metal estimating software.
• 2+ years of experience leading classroom or technical training.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to any audience.
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.
• Knack for analyzing business requirements.
