About the Role
This role is critical in shaping pricing strategies to drive growth across Western Union’s global digital business. You will lead the development, testing, and scaling of pricing strategies for current and future products, partnering with cross-functional and regional teams to optimize customer value and support the expansion of our digital channel.
Responsibilities
- Define the top-down pricing strategy globally and assist regional and cross-functional leaders in activating it.
- Set the overall prioritization of capability development for the broader pricing team.
- Test new pricing strategies and partner with regional teams to scale successful tests.
- Monitor global price performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business impact across a broad range of topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Math; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or product within financial services, consumer retail, or consulting at a top firm.
- Strong data analytics background, including experience with large datasets.
- Experience with Snowflake is preferred.
- Ability to communicate across a large and diverse organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and build teams.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics and its application to solve business problems.
- Basic knowledge of technology solutions/product development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Power BI is highly preferred.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City, Denver, Austin, Atlanta, or Miami.
- Must be able to work from an office location a minimum of three days per week.
