About the Role

This role is responsible for driving data standardization, developing and implementing data strategies, promoting the adoption of strategic data platforms, and ensuring a consistent approach to data management and analytics. The successful candidate will translate platform capabilities into measurable business outcomes, improve data quality and efficiency, and support the delivery of scalable, long-term solutions.

Responsibilities

Identification, collection, and extraction of data from various sources.
Performing data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation to ensure data quality.
Development and maintenance of efficient data pipelines for automated data acquisition and processing.
Design and conduct of statistical and machine learning models to analyze patterns, trends, and relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable data pipelines using AWS technologies (Glue, S3, Databricks).
Strong hands-on experience developing ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into data warehouses and data lakes.
Proven ability to develop and maintain data-driven applications and solutions using Python, SQL, and Databricks.
Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale applications using the .NET framework.
Strong hands-on experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions within Microsoft SQL Server environments.
Demonstrable experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports.
Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate technical solutions, and drive delivery outcomes.
Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organization functions.
