About the Role

As a Fullstack Engineer on the Testing team, you will be instrumental in building the systems and tools that power synthetic testing, evaluation, and quality validation for our AI agents. This role leans more on backend development, focusing on APIs, event-driven systems, testing infrastructure, and data workflows, while also involving user-facing tools and end-to-end delivery. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, data engineers, data analysts, and fellow developers to create seamless experiences, combining data, intelligent systems, and UIs. Your work will directly shape how customers make informed decisions using AI-powered insights.

Responsibilities

Building systems and tools that power synthetic testing, evaluation, and quality validation for AI agents.
Crafting user-facing tools and owning delivery end-to-end.
Collaborating with product managers, designers, data engineers, data analysts, and fellow developers.
Creating seamless, intuitive experiences by combining rich data, intelligent systems, and responsive UIs.
Delivering well-scoped, high-quality features across the stack.
Contributing to the reliability, maintainability, and performance of systems through clean code, thoughtful testing, and attention to detail.
Collaborating effectively across disciplines (product, design, AI/ML, data).
Actively participating in team discussions and planning.
Demonstrating ownership by following through on tasks, communicating blockers, and proactively seeking feedback.
Showing growth over time by deepening technical skills, increasing product understanding, and contributing more independently.

Requirements

3+ years of experience building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Familiarity with REST APIs, data fetching strategies, and integrating with external services.
Writing clean, modular, and tested code.
Valuing maintainability as much as speed.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and usability.
Product-mindedness and a focus on end-user experience.
Proactively contributing ideas to improve product outcomes.
Excellent communication skills.
