Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of leadership training programs, workshops, and internal learning initiatives.
- Create and update presentations, learning materials, and documentation to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Manage key LMS activities, including content uploads, participant tracking, and data accuracy.
- Prepare and support sessions by coordinating scheduling, invitations, and agendas.
- Maintain internal L&D pages and resources to ensure information is current, accessible, and easy to navigate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather feedback and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Support the analysis of learning data and contribute to reporting and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure structured and timely communication via tools such as Outlook, Teams, and internal platforms.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Psychology, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field).
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive and reliable mindset.
- Experience with MS Office (especially PowerPoint; Excel basics preferred); familiarity with LMS tools is a plus.
- Interest in learning topics such as leadership development, facilitation & organising trainings or organizational development.
- Curiosity to learn, ask questions early, and actively reflect on feedback.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international environment.
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
