About the Role

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking team members to provide prompt and courteous service, replenish merchandise, and maintain a clean sales floor. Join a team built on purpose and opportunity where your work helps families save.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise.
• Ensure proper signage of merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases.
• Replenish box bins and use the cardboard baler.
• Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Act with honesty and integrity, and lead with the member in mind.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and colleagues.

• Keep the club clean and organized, inside and out.
• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
