About the Role
ADB is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide Human Resources guidance and partnership to leaders across the company. The HR Department supports over 1,200 team members Nationwide ensuring multistate and federal compliance adherence, as well as a best-in-class employee experience. This position will support a diverse group of team members within a construction environment, ensuring a strong level of customer experience, integrity, and support is provided.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform all entry and mid-level HR functions, providing support and training to the entry/mid-level HR team members
- Offer high-level, strategic HR support to ADB's leadership team and managers, serving as the subject matter expert on HR functions throughout the employee life cycle
- Possess advanced understanding of the HRIS and workflows to optimize functionality, find innovative solutions, and ensure adherence to internal standards and processes
- Independently perform advanced-level system audits and data analysis to identify and report on turnover, retention forecasts, labor costs, etc.
- Provide employee relations and coaching support to ADB’s leadership team, including terminations, discipline, and performance management, ensuring leaders make ethical and legal people decisions and internal escalation procedures are followed
- Partner with HR Leadership to manage and facilitate the performance management process companywide, auditing to ensure launch and completion of all evaluations
- Regularly present HR processes and best practice training to both team members and leadership, including employee relation best practices, HRIS training, and process training
- Drive culture initiatives and engagement within the organization
- Serve as the strategic business partner to all Vice Presidents and operations for their division
- Ensure ADB practices and policies are compliant with expert knowledge of employment law at the federal, state, and local levels
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 5-7+ years of Human Resources experience required
- 3+ years of experience handling Employee Relations matters
- Valid Driver’s License required
