About the Role
The Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) leverages technology to drive opportunity, improve public safety, and help government run better across New York City. The successful candidate will serve as a Senior Cloud Security Architect reporting to the Infrastructure Management division.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and deployment of security solutions in large, complex hybrid cloud environments.
- Provide guidance on secure design, processes, and resilient solutions during planning and implementation.
- Interact with OTI Infrastructure Management leadership, engineering and architecture teams, operations team, and cloud vendors.
- Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to projects and policies required by the particular position.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to the above.
