About the Role
David Kennedy Recruitment (DKR) is expanding across Japan and is seeking ambitious, well-connected Recruitment Partners to find, engage, and deliver exceptional talent. With hundreds of live vacancies globally across various industries, this role offers ample opportunities. It is ideal for experienced recruiters, sourcing specialists, or independent consultants aiming to maximize their earnings.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other channels.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates against client requirements.
- Partner closely with the Service Delivery Team and Managing Director to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple sectors.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Keep candidate information organised and updated within the ATS.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and become their trusted career partner.
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of the Japanese talent market.
- Ability to source and recruit candidates within Japan.
- Previous recruitment or talent sourcing experience.
- Experience recruiting internationally is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Responsive, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset.
- ATS and recruitment technology experience is a plus.
