About the Role

As a key member of our dynamic organisation, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients and navigating Liability claims with precision and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of claims from inception to resolution whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance on coverage related issues for clients and Aon network offices to present and advocate the best strategy to facilitate the settlement and conclusion of claims.
  • Ensuring outstanding levels of communication and collaborating closely with clients, carriers, Aon brokers and all stakeholders to facilitate efficient claims handling processes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, regulation, and best practice to enhance Aon's claims handling capabilities and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Liability claims handling experience gained from a reputable insurance, broking, adjusting or legal organisation operating within the London market.
  • Proven experience of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Liability insurance principles, policies and procedures.
  • Impeccable administration and organisational skills.
