About the Role

Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. We foster a culture of authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
• Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
• Spend more quality time with patients.
• Keep notes at work.

Requirements

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Eagerness to grow & learn.
• Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
• Team player.

Salary/Compensations

• $90,000 to $100,000/year
• Up to an additional $31,000 annually (clinician bonus plan)
• Up to $10K (welcome bonuses or student loan repayment)
