Responsibilities

• Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
• Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
• Engage in continuous improvement of patient outcomes and access.
• Invest in the best technology to support teammates and patients.

Requirements

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Eagerness to grow & learn.
• Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
• Team player.

Salary/Compensations

• $90,000 to $100,000/year
• Up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually) via clinician bonus plan
• $7,500 welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)
