About the Role
This role coordinates investment banking functions, developing client offerings, evaluating risk, and executing banking activities in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a significant portion of the organization's investment policy.
- Maximize investment value by managing an investment department or unit.
- Develop and deliver a major part of the organization's financial product development program to support corporate strategy.
- Develop and implement risk management and/or risk control policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement a relationship management plan for strategic, complex, global accounts.
- Coordinate organizational engagement with clients for effective information flow and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Interpret and apply knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies in the area of expertise.
- Analyze and research client and market conditions to understand clients and markets for maximum returns.
- Review and evaluate recommendations and requirements to develop appropriate plans or deliver actions.
