About the Role

This dynamic, dual-focused role blends people support with sales, relationship building and administration, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day by supporting participants facing barriers to become job-ready and generating job opportunities through employer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build participant relationships to understand employment goals
  • Coach participants to be job-ready and interview confident
  • Assist with resumes, interview preparation, job search strategies and access to training
  • Advocate for participants and secure employment outcomes
  • Generate new opportunities through cold calls, employer visits and face-to-face engagement
  • Manage a strong employer pipeline and convert opportunities into placements
  • Identify hidden job opportunities through proactive business development
  • Pitch candidates confidently to meet employer needs
  • Negotiate job trials, work experience and wage subsidies
  • Maintain and grow employer relationships for ongoing vacancies
  • Achieve KPI targets across placements, engagement and activity levels
  • Conduct regular appointments and track progress
  • Ensure compliance, documentation and data entry
  • Celebrate milestones to build participant confidence and engagement

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
