About the Role

Office management means going beyond the usual to create a thriving and dynamic practice environment.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing staff while upholding a high-level of concierge patient care.
  • Maintaining accuracy of patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding.
  • Collaborating with Regional Manager, non-clinical staff, and Executive Leadership.
  • Administering employee reviews, developing talent, and building a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Presenting financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider’s treatment plan.
  • Achieving financial objectives and operational efficiency by managing P&L and analyzing business and financial data.
  • Providing continuous insight into the practice and supporting direct reports through implementing solutions and tracking success.
  • Ordering supplies for day-to-day office needs.
  • Reporting maintenance needs of equipment and facilities promptly.
  • Implementing policy changes and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience with responsibilities listed above.
  • Strong dental treatment planning skills.
  • Experience managing a team and overseeing employee success.
  • Experience with relevant practice management software.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
