About the Role
The Dig Mkt Analytics Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in their job and the business. This role is recognized as a technical authority within an area of the business and requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are essential for guiding, influencing, and convincing others, particularly colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. This role has a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables, providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. The work impacts an entire area, eventually affecting the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ongoing deliverables and ad-hoc projects such as the coordination, consolidation, evaluation, and presentation and explanation of variances of MIS actual results vs. forecasts, budgets and Annual/Strategic Planning.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience as a marketing analyst or in related analytic field leveraging customer data and insights.
