  • Support AI governance and approvals in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and specialist Risk teams.
  • Shape AI practices as capabilities evolve.
  • Track regulatory and market developments to strengthen oversight and support broader D&A risk coverage.

Requirements

  • Deep enterprise risk management experience, ideally within financial markets infrastructure, data, analytics, fintech, or regulated financial services.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, governance, risk assessments, issue management, and control maturity evaluation.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, cyber risk, third-party risk, privacy, and financial services regulatory expectations.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex risk issues into clear, committee-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Strong partner management and influencing skills across Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, Data, Privacy, Strategy, and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, pricing models, and risk analytics, including market, credit, or counterparty risk, would be advantageous.
  • Ability to connect detailed risk analysis to broader strategic, operational, and business outcomes.
  • Experience using external sources, including regulatory publications, corporate disclosures, industry research, and financial media, to inform risk assessments.
