Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient and safe manner, minimizing downtime by anticipating repairs.
• Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior building areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems, demonstrating technical expertise and multi-skilling in electrical, piping/plumbing, and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, interior/exterior building repairs, and related grounds.
• Study and become familiar with equipment and proper usage methods.
• Perform facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily.
• Update work order status in real time.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
• Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary/Compensations

• 110,260.00 – 88,208.64 USD per year
