About the Role

As a founding member of the Growth & Delivery team, you will activate customers on the Lightfield platform, deliver their pipeline generation, support strategic deals, and drive special projects. You will work directly with founders and their teams to build their customer memory on Lightfield, deploy agents for pipeline generation, and contribute to business growth. This role requires you to be both an operator and a builder, managing multiple customer engagements and developing playbooks from successful strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Activate new customers on Lightfield, including workspace setup, data migration, customer memory building, and team enablement.
  • Deliver pipeline generation for customers by understanding their business, defining ICP and targeting strategy, and directing Lightfield's agents.
  • Advise founders and GTM leaders on go-to-market strategies, including targeting, messaging, and next steps.
  • Own key outcomes such as time-to-activation, meetings booked, and pipeline quality.
  • Support strategic deals alongside leadership, from scoping POCs to converting evaluations.
  • Undertake special projects in GTM and business operations, including business analysis, competitive research, and new initiatives.
  • Develop playbooks from successful strategies and provide feedback to the product team to improve agent capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, investing, or go-to-market and operating roles.
  • A strong generalist comfortable across delivery, growth, and customer-facing work.
  • Ability to identify needs and take initiative without explicit direction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to founders and GTM leaders, demonstrating curiosity and analytical skills.
  • Quickly assess businesses and customers, moving from qualitative signals to data-backed hypotheses.
  • A systems thinker capable of structuring open-ended problems and building repeatable processes.
  • High agency and comfort with ambiguity, driving projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excitement about AI agents and their potential to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Eagerness to learn GTM and outbound strategies; prior experience is a plus but not required.
