About the Role
The Adobe Sales Academy is a world-class accelerated sales program designed to develop top sales talent from a Business Development Rep (BDR) to an Enterprise Field Account Executive (AE). This program is crafted to foster growth, development, and success, aiming to create the next generation of sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Nurture inbound leads through the early stages of their buyer journey.
- Identify qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Perform target market penetration.
- Call on CXOs and senior-level executives.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
- Provide webinar and event follow-up.
- Generate and nurture viable high-quality inbound leads.
- Manage aspects of Adobe product solutions including Marketing, Creative, and Document Clouds.
- Maintain proactive relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and pipeline generating targets.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that align with core values and culture.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing; or equivalent degree required.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 – June 2028.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September.
- Consistent over-achievement in past positions.
- Possess an understanding of basic sales methodologies.
- Experience owning a quota or some form of performance-based delivery is a plus.
- Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting business messages.
- Strong attention to detail, good listening skills, and good organizational skills.
