About the Role

As Chief of Staff of GTM Initiatives, you will build a scalable operating model to enhance GitGuardian's go-to-market execution. You will connect Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership, providing the field organization with a clear, differentiated message and effective tools. You will report to the VP GTM Americas and lead a team, starting with a Sales Enablement Manager and a GTM Programs Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own GitGuardian's commercial narrative and customer-facing positioning, including corporate pitch decks, executive presentations, industry-specific narratives, and sales presentations.
  • Lead product launch messaging, competitive positioning, and battlecards.
  • Develop sales plays, talk tracks, and executive briefing materials.
  • Build customer success storytelling to reinforce GitGuardian's value proposition.
  • Own new hire onboarding, sales certification, and manager enablement programs.
  • Drive ongoing sales training, methodology adoption, and playbook development.
  • Lead quarterly enablement planning and product launch readiness.
  • Manage content and drive its adoption across the field organization.
  • Own customer-facing programs to strengthen market presence and pipeline.
  • Lead customer advocacy initiatives, sales kickoff content, and QBR content.
  • Drive sales and marketing alignment initiatives.
  • Lead high-priority projects to improve GTM motion scalability, including tier design, product-led growth routing, partner program economics, commercial packaging, and territory/coverage initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience operating across multiple GTM disciplines: sales enablement, product marketing, GTM programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Track record of building executive-level customer presentations, narratives, and positioning.
  • Experience creating and scaling enablement programs (onboarding, certification, manager coaching).
  • Strong executive presence, including written communication, storytelling, and presentation quality.
  • Prior experience in customer success or as a sales representative is a plus.

Salary/Compensations

  • $270,000-$310,000 OTE
