About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience to join our Birmingham or London studio. This role involves working on UK and international projects across all stages of the architectural process, developing detailed works packages, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work on all stages of the architectural process from small scale to large scale international architectural projects.
• Develop detailed works packages.
• Work individually or as part of a larger team as required.
• Liaise with other members of the design team and clients.
• Produce high-quality material.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience.
• Sound working knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations & CDM regulations.
• Ability to work as part of a team efficiently.
• Ability to clearly communicate design solutions to the internal team and wider design team.
• Comfortable with liaising with other members of the design team and clients.
• Capable of producing high-quality material.
