About the Role
You’ll own customer onboarding and compliance operations end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives on autonomy, high-velocity execution, and building relationships from first touch to close.
Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding, identifying high-risk factors and escalating to legal and compliance as needed
- Maintain fast turnaround times across the onboarding lifecycle, balancing regulatory requirements with client delivery expectations
- Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive timely account approvals
- Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal control standards
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that boost onboarding accuracy and speed
Requirements
- Experience in BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, or compliance operations at a bank or fintech is preferred.
- Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment under time pressure
- Clear written communicator who can defend a risk decision simply
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
