About the Role
Lead platform experience across VIA C&S including acquirer, merchant, dispute, and risk portals with full lifecycle visibility. This is a hands-on role translating platform complexity into intuitive UX and operational tools.
Responsibilities
- Own Acquirer, Merchant, Risk, and Dispute platforms
- Translate clearing & settlement into UX workflows
- Ensure lifecycle data visibility and accuracy
- Drive SSO and role-based access
- Partner with backend and integration teams
- Enable self-service onboarding and operations
- Improve usability and adoption
Requirements
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 10+ years product/program experience
- Experience building payment portals (acquirer, merchant, dispute, risk)
- Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle and settlement
- Multi-persona operational platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical global audiences
- Ability to translate customer needs into solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Autonomous and proactive, able to drive execution in ambiguous environments
- Strong systems thinking, ability to work with data/SQL and collaborate with senior engineering leaders
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and sharing knowledge effectively
- Hands-on experience using AI/ML, generative AI, copilots, or agentic automation to enhance product discovery, requirements development, operational analysis, data investigation, and daily execution workflows

- $152,200 to $270,800 USD per year
- may include potential sales incentive payments
