About the Role

This role will support the review, standardization, and implementation of partnership processes, templates, guidance, and reporting mechanisms to enhance operational effectiveness, audit readiness, and institutional assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operational delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of partnership governance, quality assurance, and compliance processes for new and existing partnerships.
  • Provide specialist support for partnership approval, validation, monitoring, and review activities.
  • Ensure documentation, records, and governance processes are accurate, consistent, and compliant with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to strengthening partnership governance arrangements, improving process efficiency, and enhancing compliance oversight.
  • Embed sustainable ways of working across the Partnerships Hub.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting quality assurance, academic standards, and partnership governance in a higher education environment.
  • Strong understanding of collaborative provision processes.
  • Ability to coordinate complex approval, validation, monitoring, and review activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide practical advice and support to ensure compliance with institutional requirements and external expectations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
