About the Role
The Partnerships & Engagement Manager will work closely with the Centre Manager and lead on all aspects of the Partner Network to maximise the impact of DIVERSE CDT and the experience of its students. Core responsibilities include growing, sustaining, and nurturing the DIVERSE CDT Partner Network by retaining and securing diverse, reliable and value-adding partners who are committed to DIVERSE CDT’s values and objectives – looking for new opportunities that deliver impact.

Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of business development activities in a commercial or not-for-profit environment
- Demonstrable success in building and nurturing relationships with external partners
- Experience of successful operational management
- Experience of delivery of complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Knowledge of higher education systems, processes, policies, procedures, internal and external regulations, legislation, and quality standards
- Experience of web marketing, using email, social media, and other online marketing aimed at professional stakeholders
