About the Role

My Wireless is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. You will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process.
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, leading to management opportunities.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment.
• Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally able to be employed in the US.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to climb ladders, balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch.
• Dexterity for handling display materials and merchandise.
• Specific vision abilities for working with small parts and looking at computer screens for prolonged periods.
