About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. Every day, you'll work in an energetic environment with customers and colleagues that appreciate your dedication and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with My Wireless customers
• Educating customers on available AT&T products and services
• Guiding customers through the buying process
• Meeting and exceeding personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
• Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Training and developing skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Sales Associate
• Maintaining a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members
• Working as a team member to exceed personal and team goals
• Participating in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age
• Legally able to be employed in the US
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand and walk around for prolonged periods
• Ability to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to climb ladders, balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch
• Dexterity is required
• Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
• Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods

Skills
