About the Role
Lead the development of high-quality, accurate analysis and insights for customer disruption initiatives. Play a key role in our Disruption Recovery team to define requirements and determine recommendations. Drive the identification of effective solutions, define a comprehensive set of requirements, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and service delivery across key disruption recovery initiatives and operational capabilities. Translate complex business scenarios into clear functional and technical specifications.

Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in business analysis roles, supporting the delivery of operational, digital, or customer experience initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies would be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to quickly understand complex problems and lead problem-solving activities
- Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, including potential roadblocks to successful delivery
- A background in business process or digital/technology design
- Experience with Amadeus products and airline operational systems would be highly regarded
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering teamwork, collaboration, and accountability
- Ability to produce clear, concise, and high-quality business and technical documentation
- Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate vision, priorities, and business outcomes effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes
- Right to work in Australia / New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship
