About the Role

Help unlock the full potential of the cannabis plant and its active ingredients and make them usable for people. As part of our People & Culture Team, you will be a central point of contact for our employees and support them throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will take on diverse tasks related to People Operations, Recruiting, and Culture topics and work closely with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact for colleagues and accompany the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Take responsibility for recruiting selected positions end-to-end, from job posting to active outreach to final hiring.
  • Support individual departments as a business partner and advise managers and employees on all relevant people topics.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including communication, scheduling, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to further People Projects, such as Employer Branding, Learning & Development, or process optimization.
  • Support People Operations & HR Administration, from creating contracts and amendments to handling administrative employee matters.
  • Maintain and manage HR systems and ensure up-to-date employee data.
  • Handle and support ad-hoc tasks in daily business.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in (Personnel) Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable focus.
  • 1-3 years of practical experience in HR/People Management.
  • Hands-on mentality, curiosity, and a desire to develop as a P&C all-rounder in a scale-up environment.
  • High level of empathy, social competence, and discretion.
  • Structured, responsible, and meticulous work approach.
  • Confident and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
