About the Role
Serve as the senior integrator and primary interface to the customer and to HQ USPACOM's J3 Joint Fires Division and Integrated Joint Fires Cell (IJFC), providing joint all-domain operations (JADO) expertise, requirements articulation, and cross-command integration of joint fires lessons and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and mature Joint Integration Orders and the doctrine, processes, and battle rhythm that operationalize joint all-domain fires within the IJFC.
- Integrate kinetic and non-kinetic effects (cyber, electronic warfare, information, and space) across the joint targeting cycle, ensuring effects are nominated, de-conflicted, and assessed across domains.
- Maintain the global-integration perspective: track multiple joint targeting cycles and battle rhythms across combatant commands and translate lessons and best practices between theaters.
- Provide JADO and non-kinetic effects subject-matter expertise to TTPs, CONOPs, policies, and workflows.
- Support requirements articulation and supporting products for joint fires integration.
- Advise the Site Lead and government leadership on cross-domain effects integration and de-confliction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of military experience, including 5+ years in staff planning, capabilities, strategy, or operational technology.
- 8+ years in joint kinetic and/or non-kinetic fires, targeting, or intelligence, with COCOM or joint-staff-level experience.
- Demonstrated JADO and joint planning expertise, with working knowledge of the joint targeting cycle and F2T2EA.
- Experience planning, observing, or assessing joint exercises and translating observations into lessons learned and process improvements.
- Proven ability to act as a senior customer interface and translate ambiguous customer intent into requirements, TTPs, and CONOPs.
- Excellent written and oral communication, knowledge management, and operational assessment skills.
- U.S. citizen.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Skills
- Weapons School and/or PME graduate
- Joint Targeting Course or Target Development Course
- Prior combatant command or joint staff experience in a fires or operations role
- Familiarity with JFN, IJFC, CJADC2, and ABMS
- Familiarity with Maven Smart System (MSS) and its associated tool suites
- Familiarity with Service and component fires enterprises
- Familiarity with Air Operations Center (AOC) operations
- Familiarity with C5ISR integration
- Experience supporting joint capability development, experimentation, or assessment efforts
- Supervisory or team-lead experience on a government services contract
