About the Role
Seeking a motivated and professional Lead Restoration Technician to join a growing team in Lakeway, TX. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in water, fire, or mold restoration and the ability to lead projects while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, and mold restoration services in residential and commercial environments
- Lead or assist crews on mitigation and restoration projects
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Document job details, moisture readings, photos, and project updates using industry software
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and containment systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment
- Participate in rotating on-call/weekend coverage schedules
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of restoration experience in water, fire, or mold remediation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and represent the company professionally
- Ability to work independently and lead projects or crews when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Non-smoking workplace compliance
