About the Role
Optimum is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Account Manager to join our Client Services team. This role is responsible for managing and strengthening customer relationships, driving retention, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle. The Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to add value and collaborating with internal teams to support customer success and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Conduct proactive outreach, account reviews, and business meetings
- Develop and execute account strategies for retention and growth
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Prepare and submit MAC (Move, Add, Change) orders for customer accounts
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and systems
- Support a collaborative, customer-focused team culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in account management within telecom industry
- Strong relationship-building and account strategy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
