About the Role

Lead the business planning of consumer marketing strategies, co-create promotions and product innovation, and actively implement and steward global programs to maximize profitable, recurring growth and increase the long-term partnership value of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) brands within the McDonald’s system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business planning of consumer marketing strategies, co-create promotions and product innovation, and actively implement and steward global programs in alignment with the OU, Business Development Director and McDonald’s.
  • Collaborate with TCCC network, TMD International teams and McDonald’s HQ/Top markets as CMO level to co-develop scalable programs and bring thought leadership to drive Value.
  • Develop local programs in line with the global beverage growth plan, including core brands, non-carbonated beverages, and innovative new products.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in strategically selected projects such as Value, Execution, weekly+ recruitment, portfolio strategy, and global campaigns.
  • Steward best practices across the globe.
  • Act as a liaison and steward the strategic marketing relationship with senior marketing stakeholders of McDonald’s, TCCC OUs, and TMD.
  • Ensure the integration and alignment of TCCC and McDonald’s strategic priorities in the BPs, leveraging best practice, thinking, resources, and capability to drive synergies and results.
  • Independently engage and influence Senior McDonald’s Marketing leaders, Global TCCC marketing leadership, OU Marketing, and Senior TMD leadership.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and leadership in the marketing area to the members of the team.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, with a strong preference for a concentration in Marketing or a related field.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of business experience.
  • 10 years of hands-on experience in consumer marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
  • Extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Solid understanding of customer management, market dynamics, and business strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the regional business landscape, consumer trends, and operational complexities within both McDonald’s and The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) ecosystems.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Other local languages are a plus.
