About the Role

You are the creative production expert in Adobe's Forward Deployed Engineering organization, responsible for designing workflows, templates, and creative processes that enable AI-powered content pipelines for creative teams. You bridge the needs of creative teams with the capabilities of engineers, understanding the practical constraints and requirements of creative production.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative workflows, mapping end-to-end content production pipelines.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to accelerate, automate, or enhance content production steps.
  • Build reusable creative templates and production frameworks.
  • Translate creative team requirements into engineering specifications and vice versa.
  • Perform creative quality assurance to ensure AI-generated outputs meet brand standards.
  • Train customers on AI-enhanced workflows and facilitate adoption of new tools.
  • Provide feedback to Product teams on creative professional needs from AI tools.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of experience in creative production, post-production, motion graphics, content operations, or creative technology.
  • Hands-on expertise in creative tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Cinema 4D, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience designing or optimizing content production pipelines, including DAM systems, asset management, review/approval workflows, and multi-channel delivery.
  • Active use of generative AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway) for creative work.
  • Experience using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate work.
  • Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to solve problems resourcefully and create processes when needed.
