About the Role

Access: Supports for Living and its Access: Network partners help individuals live their healthiest and fullest lives, while also supporting staff in doing the same. Responsibilities

Provide individual clinical services and support to adolescents, adults, and families experiencing life stressors or behavioral challenges through Evidenced Based Clinical Practices.
Attend one group supervision session monthly, compensated as one unit of service.
Respond promptly to agency communications, including those from clinical staff, Care Management, and external providers like DSS.
Complete all agency-required documentation within established time frames.
Adhere to all clinic workflows and protocols outlined during training and onboarding.

Requirements

Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records.
Experience working with adolescents and families.
Comfortable in both individual and group settings.
Must be able to sit for multiple hours.
Must be capable to move throughout the workday.
Occasional lifting of over 5 pounds.

Skills

Substance use disorder experience
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking
