About the Role

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an EMEA Risk & Compliance Manager to enhance risk management across its EMEA business. This role involves leading the rollout of a new Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform, a key strategic initiative for the region. You will collaborate with leaders in Finance, Legal, Technology, Operations, and Project Management to foster a proactive risk culture, improve compliance, and support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continued development and embedding of the EMEA Risk Management Framework.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of our Enterprise GRC system across the region.
  • Facilitate risk workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Identify, assess and report key risks, incidents and emerging threats.
  • Deliver meaningful risk insights and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Support business continuity, resilience and governance initiatives.
  • Champion compliance with fraud, anti-bribery, sanctions and travel-related regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Experience delivering workshops, training and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
  • Experience with GRC systems or risk management platforms.
  • A commercially minded, collaborative approach with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
