About the Role

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an EMEA Risk & Compliance Manager to enhance risk management across its EMEA business. This role involves leading the rollout of a new Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform, a key strategic initiative for the region. You will collaborate with leaders in Finance, Legal, Technology, Operations, and Project Management to foster a proactive risk culture, improve compliance, and support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead the continued development and embedding of the EMEA Risk Management Framework.
Drive the implementation and adoption of our Enterprise GRC system across the region.
Facilitate risk workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
Identify, assess and report key risks, incidents and emerging threats.
Deliver meaningful risk insights and reporting to senior leadership.
Support business continuity, resilience and governance initiatives.
Champion compliance with fraud, anti-bribery, sanctions and travel-related regulations.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Proven experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance within a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks.
Experience delivering workshops, training and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
Experience with GRC systems or risk management platforms.
A commercially minded, collaborative approach with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
