About the Role
Own technical execution of network deployment, including standards, tooling, and complex challenges across all site turn-ups. Set the technical playbook, including Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) flows, validation suites, and fabric acceptance criteria. Resolve critical escalations and automate the turn-up process, transforming manual tasks into tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own technical execution of network deployment: the standards, tooling, and hardest problems across every site turn-up.
- Set the technical playbook: ZTP flows, validation suites, and acceptance criteria per fabric.
- Take the escalations nobody else can close: the link that won't train, the fabric that won't converge.
- Automate the turn-up: anything done twice by hand becomes tooling.
Requirements
- Senior technical hand on large network deployments.
- Experience building ZTP and validation automation that ran at scale.
- Ability to debug link and fabric issues from optics to routing.
- Experience leading deployments that finished clean, with no punch list of mystery links.
