About the Role

The Senior Manager, Strategic Enablement leads the enablement of Canada P&BB data, analytics, and AI capabilities, collaborating closely with business architecture and technology teams to ensure all initiatives stay aligned with target-state goals. This role also delivers new capabilities in close partnership with Technology teams for Data and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver Data and analytics use cases
• Translate business problems into implementation-ready solutions (workflows, data requirements, models, controls)
• Lead implementation of Data & Analytics platforms and solutions, including analytics platform, data engineering foundation, and consultant on user change management for modernization efforts
• Ensure use cases are aligned to business capabilities, architecture, and strategic priorities
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to accelerate use case delivery and scalability
• Partner with Business Architect to align initiatives to capability roadmap and target architecture
• Ensure technology selections and implementation approaches support long-term strategy and scalability
• Provide feedback into roadmap based on delivery insights and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with platform, engineering, and other teams to design and build robust Data & Analytics environments
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and cloud strategies
• Work across business, data, and engineering teams to deliver production-read outcomes
• Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., SLAs, data freshness, controls, auditability)
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout delivery

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in AI or analytics delivery
• Strong hands-on Python/PySpark experience development for production
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure ecosystems
• Proven experience delivering production Data or AI solutions
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans
